Owner and Project Manager
Bret White is the owner and a Project Manager at C&W Roofing, Siding, and Window Company, bringing decades of hands-on industry experience and a strong commitment to customer service and craftsmanship. Bret began his career immediately after high school as an installer, working his way through the trade before transitioning into sales and project management, giving him firsthand knowledge of the products and services his company provides.
C&W Roofing, Siding, and Window Company was founded in 1991 by Bret’s father after leaving professional baseball and beginning work with Bret’s grandfather. Since then, the company has grown into a trusted family-owned business built on hard work, integrity, and experience in exterior home improvement services.
With extensive installation experience across many of the company’s product lines, Bret brings practical expertise, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to every project. His background allows him to guide homeowners through the remodeling process with confidence, helping ensure projects are completed properly and professionally.
Outside of work, Bret credits his faith as a major influence in both his personal life and professional approach. In 2012, he committed his life to Jesus Christ, an experience he says transformed his outlook on work, family, and purpose. Today, Bret strives to lead with integrity, serve others well, and approach every opportunity with gratitude and faith-driven values.
