Danielle Gomez — Office Manager

Danielle Gomez is the Office Manager at C&W Roofing, Siding & Window Co., where she has been an essential part of the team since 2017. She was the company’s first full-time administrative hire and plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations organized so the sales and installation teams can focus on serving homeowners across the Upstate of South Carolina.

With strong attention to detail and a passion for customer service, Danielle supports scheduling, communication, and internal processes that help each project run smoothly from first contact to final completion. She takes pride in working for a company that values honesty, respect, and treating customers like family, and she is deeply committed to helping homeowners feel informed and appreciated throughout their remodeling experience.

Born and raised in the Upstate, Danielle has lived in Greenville, Anderson, and Spartanburg counties. She is happily married with two children and enjoys reading, crafting, puzzles, and walking in her free time.

Bret White — Project Manager

Bret White is a Project Manager here at C&W Roofing, Siding & Window Co., bringing hands-on experience across nearly every product the company offers. He began his career right out of high school as an installer and worked his way into sales and project leadership, giving him a deep, practical understanding of both the installation process and the homeowner experience.

Bret comes from a multi-generation family in the construction industry. His father previously played professional baseball for the New York Yankees before working with Bret’s grandfather and later founding C&W in 1991. Having personally installed most of the products C&W provides, Bret focuses on delivering quality workmanship and guiding projects with real field knowledge.

In 2012, Bret experienced a life-changing faith journey that continues to shape how he leads, works, and serves homeowners today. He credits his values, work ethic, and commitment to family and customers to that transformation and strives to bring integrity and purpose into every project he oversees.

Kyle White — Project Manager

Kyle White is one of our Project Managers, bringing more than 32 years of experience in the home improvement and construction industry. He began learning the business at a young age by riding along with his father and working in the field every summer throughout his childhood and high school years. Known for being highly detail-oriented and strong in logistics, Kyle approaches every project with a customer-first mindset and believes in treating every homeowner the way he would want to be treated.

Kyle represents a third generation in the construction and home improvement industry. His grandfather introduced the family to the business in the early 1960s, and his father later founded C&W in 1991. After attending Anderson College and Clemson University, Kyle joined the company full-time in 2010.

Kyle holds an IKO PRO SHIELD certification and regularly attends industry events, including James Hardie Summit conferences and international roofing expos. Originally from Powdersville, South Carolina, Kyle enjoys playing golf, following Clemson athletics, and spending time with his family. He and his wife have two children, and family and faith are central parts of his life.

Chad White — Project Manager

Chad White is one of our Project Managers, bringing more than 20 years of hands-on experience in home improvement and remodeling. Having grown up in the industry working alongside his father, Chad developed a deep understanding of residential construction from an early age and continues to apply that practical knowledge to every project he oversees.

As part of the family-owned business founded in 1991, Chad plays a key role in ensuring projects are completed with quality, consistency, and clear communication for all homeowners. He is committed to delivering dependable results and helping homeowners feel confident throughout their roofing, siding, and window improvement experience.

Chad holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Clemson University. He and his wife have a daughter, and outside of work he enjoys playing golf, cheering on the Clemson Tigers, and reading—especially history-related books.
